Making the decision to have a personal trainer is easy. Making the decision as to which one to choose is not so easy, in fact it was a very important one for me. My priority was to select a trainer who would understand my requirements and respect what was important for me. I am 79; I have had two hip replacements and was finding that my energy levels were very low and that it was becoming increasingly difficult for me to carry out day to day tasks.
Since commencing training with Jon I have been amazed at how much energy I have and how much more I am able to do. The biggest improvement for me is that since I started to train with Jon I have been able to return to playing 18 holes of golf twice a week (and have since reduced my handicap!) I also now love taking my two dogs for a long walk each day.
Jon continually comes up with different programs - they are varied and always challenging - sometimes I wonder how I will be able to achieve higher levels - yet I always do. I find it amazing what I am able to do when motivated by Jon.
My friends have been commenting on how impressed they are with the changes in me, they want what I have. I have told them they have to see Jon to get this!
I would recommend Jon to anyone, of any age, who is looking to improve their fitness and their life. He is a caring person who is always interested in what I am doing.

When I first visited 'Fit For You' I weighed 84 kilos and could be regarded as an unhealthy 54 year-old. The disciplines I learnt from Jon and Jade led me to shed 14 kilos in less than 12 weeks, to reach a fitness standard that allows me to perform at peak level during a full day's seminar presentation, and to tone up so that I look as good as I can in both business and casual clothes.
