I have a history of multiple knee dislocations and have had bilateral knee reconstructions. In the past this has hindered my ability to exercise. Since training with Jon my knees are stronger and my movement and balance have improved. Jon has encouraged and extended my ability with knee and leg exercises. I feel safe doing exercises with Jon's supervision which has increased my confidence.

Overall the benefits of training with Jon have been substantial. Over the last couple of years I have steadily lost over 7kg of body fat, gained almost 1.5kg of lean muscle, toned up and have an increased sense of general wellbeing. Making the decision to have a personal trainer is easy. However, choosing the right personal trainer is not so easy. My priority was to select a trainer who would understand my requirements and respect what was important to me. I am 79, have had two hip replacements, and was finding that my energy levels were very low and that it was becoming increasingly difficult for me to carry out day to day tasks.

Since commencing training I have been amazed at how much energy I have and how much more I am able to do. The biggest improvement for me has been a return to playing 18 holes of golf twice a week (and since reducing my handicap!).
